Predictive dialer (also features preview mode) is the perfect solution to increase productivity and labor utilization when contacting large lead lists. No manual dialing, no waiting for calls to be answered, no missed calls, what could be better? One feature that helps maintain high occupancy is connected campaigns, where lower-priority campaigns start making calls when higher-priority campaigns are out of time or exhausted.

High Productivity and Utilization with DALnet Predictive Dialer

The DALnet Predictive Dialer features a unique high-performance prediction algorithm, taking into account a number of factors collected in the past, and factors expected to occur after the dialing decision is made, to maximize the productive time of outbound agents. Even when operating with an agent pool size of around 15 agents and a list success rate of around 1%, the dialer manages to attract a good 85% occupancy.

The dialer features customizable forms with data input fields and accelerator buttons, as well as simultaneous appearance of third-party URL screens for integration with other systems. Personalized agent playback prompts help save agent effort while speaking.

Predictive dialers can notify the answering machine during the call process with 85% accuracy on mixed patterns between live and answering machine answers. (Beware of vendors who advertise 90% accuracy, usually achieved on a special sample of answering machines).
